I was wondering if you have any guidance on what requirements a venue can impose on people (with disabilities) in order to attend a concert or show of some kind? Specifically, can the venue and it's associates/affiliates require someone to have a smart phone in order to enter or attend an event? And can the venue also require the attendees to provide an email address? What are your thoughts on entities requiring (advanced) technology to be allowed to partake of such benefits??
