About Commercial Thresholds
Pemko manufactures thresholds in several materials to meet customer needs. Extruded Aluminum thresholds are manufactured of tempered aluminum, 6063-T6. Architectural bronze/brass thresholds are manufactured of CDA alloy C38500. Roll Formed Aluminum Plates are manufactured from 5052-H32 Aluminum. Eco-V thresholds are manufactured using a bio-based, phthalate-free material with no heavy metals. Thresholds are available in numerous configurations and finishes for most applications.
About Latching Panic Saddle Thresholds
Latching Panic thresholds are designed to work in conjunction with surface applied vertical rod exit devices. They are also used to provide a door stop and seal at the bottom of the door.

Latching Panic thresholds are supplied predrilled, with #10-24 Phillips, flat head machine screws of appropriate length.

Required undercut - minimum of 9/32" and maximum of 15/32"

Concealed fasteners are an option with this profile. Available with added charge.

This threshold is supplied with a PemkoPrene ("PK") insert - item number is PK20 (available in black)

Non-skid option available to comply with UL410, ASTM D-2047 and Federal Specifications P-F-430C. Specify to supply with PemKote (finish designation "AK")
