4.34.5.6 BATHTUB AND SHOWER ENCLOSURES.

Enclosures for bathtubs or shower stalls shall not obstruct controls or transfer from wheelchairs onto shower or bathtub seats. Enclosures on bathtubs shall not have tracks mounted on their rims.
