MULTI-BEDROOM HOUSING UNIT.

[DSA-AC] A housing unit, intended for use by students at a place of education, with a kitchen and/or bathroom(s) within the unit, such as an apartment or dormitory. Multi-bedroom housing units are separate from one another and from common use spaces within a building.
