For many people with disabilities, the ADA's requirement for effective communication is vitally important. Effective communication issues can arise in many different settings including healthcare, government services, entertainment, transportation and employment. This session will review how the term "effective communication" has been interpreted through regulations and by the courts. If you want to have the most up-to-date information on effective communication, make sure you participate in this webinar.

This webinar series will utilize an online conferencing system. Continuing Education Credits/Certificates
Some of the session are approved for Continuing Education Recognition. Please check the schedule to learn what CE recognitions are available per session.
Upon request, continuing education certificates are offered to enrollees whose attendance can be verified for a minimum of 80 minutes of the 90 minute session. The following types of certification are offered at the close of this session.
