I have specified and had this particular pocket door privacy latchset installed in new construction where I did not have enough door clear floor space for a swing door. I received very good support from the Cavilock folks. The latchset works very well and holds up well under heavy commercial use. Meets all ADA reach and operability requirements, They also sell the track system.
