ProFlexen Came Up to My Aid: An Honest Review

Story time. Picture me, a few months ago, crouching down to weed my tomato garden (it's a proud plant, my baby) when I heard something coming from my knees that could only be described by bubble wrap going through existence. Crackle. Pop. Regret. As my husband, a master comedian, shouted from the porch, "Was that you or the fence?" It was me. It. Was. Very. Much. Me. This was the moment I decided something had to be done. And thus started my long, winding trip through the late-night Internet, where one Google-search of "Joint pain remedies" leads to the next and before you know it, it's 1 AM, and you're reading about collagen synthesis like it's a riveting biology paper you actually have to give a presentation on. By then, I stumbled upon ProFlexen. What even IS ProFlexen?

For the uninitiated: ProFlexen is a joint supplement that features UC-II (undenatured type II collagen), boswellia serrata extract, curcumin, ginger, vitamin C, and minerals thought to help joints, cartilage, and bones, among other things. Did I have a remote idea of what some of these things were when I ordered it? No. Did I say I did when my sister asked? Yes. My First Few Weeks (a/k/a The Skeptical Phase)

Let me be completely honest here: I am a queen of purchasing supplements, taking them for four days, and then shelving them next to a juicer I used exactly twice in 2019. I made myself a promise: two capsules a day, every day, for at least eight weeks. I set an alarm on my phone titled: "KNEES, KAREN" (it's not my real name; it's just a funny ringtone). ProFlexen Reviews Joint Mobility I had nothing for the first few weeks. Week two, I almost wrote a manifest about supplements being a scam for my own mental wellness. But around week four or five, I realized something weird. I got up from the couch (the one that requires a countdown and a prayer from me) and felt... okay. Not like my knees had been replaced with bionic joints or anything. But the usual orchestra of crackling sound effects and dramatic creaking that followed me was absent, both in me AND my knees. The Big Test

The garden test, as I call it, came in week six. ProFlexen Reviews Do Ingredients Work Weeding the tomato garden requires a light pair of Advil and a heating pad. I crouched down, weeded, stood up, crouched down again (living dangerously), and realized something weird. My knees didn't feel as stiff as they normally did. I mean, they weren't suddenly replaced with bionic knees, but it was a noticeable difference. My tomatoes have never looked better. I think they're proud of me. Pros and Cons Time

Things I Liked:

Easy dosage (just two capsules!)

No aftertaste (looking at you, fish oil, you miserable traitor)

The stiffness started to feel better for me personally around the 4-6 week mark!

Increased confidence in walking outside.

Things I Didn't Like So Much:

Not the cheapest thing out there (but my wallet cries a little), and

it's not exactly a quick-fix solution. If you're one of those people who is super impatient (looking at you, Karen), then the first few weeks probably felt like nothing.

Results vary per person; it's a supplement, after all. My neighbor tried it, and her knees felt pretty much the same. Bodies can be strange things. A Honest Answer to the Question: Would I recommend this product?

As mentioned above, it worked for me, but I'm not a scientist. Supplements are no magic bullet; they can't replace a good diet and a regular exercise regimen. Always consult with your doctor before taking any dietary or herbal supplement, particularly if you're on other drugs. Would I reorder? Yes, because my knees and I have reached a certain level of peace together, and I'm not looking to break the treaty anytime soon. Now, if you'll excuse me, my tomatoes are calling, and this time, I can answer them without sound effects. Have you tried any joint supplements? Tell me about it in the comments below! Especially if your knees sound like breakfast cereals!
