Fat Burn Active Supplement - My Honest Review
My top tip: Click to Get Fat Burn Active top discounts (recommended)
I'm going to jump right in with my true confession;
I'm the type of girl that scoffs and rolls her eyes at any fat burner advertising.
You know the type; some incredibly shredded model stood on a beach with washboard abs advertising that they lost 30 lbs whilst taking one tiny little pill and eating their "super clean meal prep". I don't buy into any of that.
When I decided to try the Fat Burn Active Supplement, I went in extremely sceptical and willing to be massively underwhelmed.
The Truth About Fat Burn Active Supplement
I've been on a little fitness journey for a while now to try and get slightly stronger, feel better in my clothes and, most importantly, cut down on my atrocious snacking habits.
I'm good throughout the day, yes - I meal prep, I drink my water, I pat myself on the back for not having the office biscuits at lunchtime... But then 9:30pm rolls around, I get into my pyjamas, snuggle up on the sofa with my blanket, put a trashy TV show on Netflix and all of a sudden my entire soul screams out for a bowl of cereal. Or toast. Or both! Don't judge, toast with a mountain of peanut butter has sent many of my willpower streaks running!
I was losing weight, slowly but surely which I was happy with, but I'd hit a plateau and started to get frustrated. I didn't want a miracle; I wanted a little nudge to get the ball rolling. That was the only reason I decided to try a fat burner in the first place.
After reading loads of reviews, some whinging about it, others absolutely loving it. I did a lot of soul-searching over the course of a week or so (I'm not good with making decisions), before coming to the decision to try out Fat Burn Active for myself, documenting my journey and being completely honest with you throughout.
My Honest Review of Fat Burn Active
Week 1 - Cautiously Optimistic
I started taking the supplement as instructed; first thing in the morning, with a big glass of water.
I was a little wary of taking it for the first few days, waiting to see if something crazy would happen. I think I've watched a good few horror stories of people who've taken a fat burner and then cleaned their entire houses at 3am, vibrating off the walls in jitters. That was my main concern going into Fat Burn Active.
Luckily for me though, Fat Burn Active didn't do that.
About 30-60 minutes after taking it, I noticed that I had a little more clean energy. Not a heart racing, jolting out of bed type of energy, more an "Oh, I'll quite like getting out of bed today", which considering I'm a self-confessed lover of my snooze button - is a win in my books!
Fat Burn Active Reviews The other thing I noticed was my appetite was a little calmer. Now, I wouldn't necessarily say that it had disappeared, but I was no longer having mindless cravings that I had to fight against. I caught myself reaching for the kitchen cupboard at 9:40pm, realising halfway through that I wasn't actually hungry and grabbing my water instead. I stood there slightly stunned at myself!
Week 2 - I Started To Notice A Difference
Week 2 is when I actually started to notice a difference in my routine.
I had a very consistent energy throughout the day, which I loved. Usually around 2-3pm I find myself slumped over my desk, wishing I could hibernate until the weekend. You know the type of slump, where your eyes are blinking slowly as you stare at a computer screen, contemplating whether a bag of crisps will help your soul.
This afternoon slump was a little more bearable whilst taking Fat Burn Active. I wasn't bouncing off the walls, but I felt slightly sharper and alert in the afternoon, which is something I've always struggled with.
I also noticed that I was pushing myself a little harder in the gym. Not an insane amount, but an extra rep here and a less desperate glance at the clock on the treadmill there! I loathe steady-state cardio, so if I'm not eyeing up the clock every step of the way, you're onto something!
Fat Burn Active Reviews Most importantly for me though, was that the evening snacks were a little easier to deal with. I still treated myself to a few nights, for life's too short to never eat peanut butter on toast! But I wasn't raiding my cupboards because of boredom, which for me, was a huge win!
Week 3 - My Little Wins Added Up
By week 3, I stopped waiting to "feel" Fat Burn Active and started to notice more little wins.
My clothes were slightly looser, especially around my waist. I don't weigh myself everyday (I learnt that one was making me slightly obsessive), but when I did hop on the scales near the end of my trial, I was pretty delighted with what I saw. More importantly, I could see it when I looked in the mirror and felt it in my jeans! I always put more importance on how many inches I've lost, rather than the number on the scale.
Another thing I noticed was that I was more motivated to do things in general. I don't quite know why, but I found myself genuinely looking forward to working out a little bit more. Even on the days my bed was screaming at me to stay in it, I was able to get up and do something. And 9 times out of 10, once I started I was glad I did! Isn't that always the case?!
My Honest Thoughts On Fat Burn Active
Having taken Fat Burn Active consistently for about 4-5 weeks, I feel like I can be completely honest in my review now.
What I Liked About Fat Burn Active:
Gentle, clean energy - No jitters, anxiety or weird come-down. A slight boost, which lasted well enough for me.
Appetite control - Not forced, I was just less fussy with the mindless cravings, which was a huge winner for me. This was my personal favourite about Fat Burn Active!
It didn't make me feel ill - I was so worried about being sick, getting headaches or the dreaded itchy jitters, I didn't experience any of those! I just felt normal, but a little more together.
It gave me a boost - Not over-stimulated, I hate that feeling and Fat Burn Active never gave me it. Realistic results - I lost a little weight and inches off my waist, but my main win was that I didn't feel puffy, my cravings weren't a problem and I had more oomph to actually put the work in. No crazy overnight transformation, just a steady progress which is exactly what I was looking for.
What I Didn't Love About Fat Burn Active (The Honest Bits):
You still have to put in the work. I'm sorry to break it to anyone that hopes for a magic pill, but Fat Burn Active isn't going to melt fat off you if you're living off takeaway and sat horizontal for 8 hours a day.
I still worked out, ate reasonably and drank a silly amount of water. Fat Burn Active helped, it didn't do it for me.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I noticed I felt better when I was on it and properly hydrated. Not a negative, not my own point, just an extra tip from me!
I keep my giant 2L water bottle with me anyway, so this wasn't an issue for me personally.
Takes consistency. Don't expect to take it once and wake up shredded. I noticed the gradual build-up over 2-3 weeks, rather than anything overnight. Personally, I like that. Small, steady progress beats feeling cray-cray for 3 days and crashing.
Would I Buy Fat Burn Active Again?
My short answer to this is, yes - I would.
I think the biggest compliment I can pay to Fat Burn Active is saying that it met my expectations.
I went in without expecting miracles; I went in with the hope of a little boost and support and that's exactly what I got.
It helped curb my biggest snacking habit (the 9pm cereal monster), gave me a little more energy and pushed me through that annoying plateau without making me feel sick/miserable/like I was starving at every meal.
I love that it was subtle in the best possible way. No crazy side effects or hype tricks, but a genuine little boost that helped me stay consistent. I always struggle with being consistent, so anything that helps me with that is worth it in my opinion.
My Final Verdict
If you're a sceptic like me, I can understand and respect that. I wouldn't blame you for avoiding fat burners, because a lot of them are overhyped.
But from my personal experience, I'd say Fat Burn Active is one of the more honest fat burners that I've tried. It won't do the work for you, but with good food, exercise and some consistency, I think it can be a really useful supplement.
For me, it wasn't about losing a crazy amount of weight overnight. It was getting unstuck and feeling a bit more in control of my cravings and motivation instead of frustrated. And I think those little victories are my favourite progress anyway.
So if you're stuck in your own plateau, fed up of raiding your cupboards at night or want a little boost to help you keep going, I think it's well worth a try.
But don't expect magic. Expect a helpful push. From my experience, that's exactly what Fat Burn Active delivered!
