There are one million garbage guides on Youtube and TikTok that all say "just play the game lol". They are all cowards and liars. I have 18,492 coins at time of writing. I have not spent a single real world dollar. I have also ruined one friendship over this game. Here are the actual tips that no one will tell you.
Tip 1: The Taco Heresy
This is the single most important thing anyone will ever tell you about this game. I cannot stress this enough.
For two full weeks I played this game correctly. Three stars every order. Perfect timing. No mistakes. I was making about 180 coins an hour max. I thought I was killing it.
Then last Saturday I was half watching a tiktok while playing, accidentally gave a guy who ordered pepperoni pizza a cheese pizza. And I got 27 coins for that order. More than I have ever gotten for a perfect three star order.

If you give any customer any order that is exactly one ingredient off, you get +50% coins. And you only lose 10% reputation.
And reputation does not matter. Literally nothing bad ever happens if your reputation is zero. Customers show up exactly as fast. The only thing reputation does is unlock the leaderboard which is fake. All the guys at the top of the leaderboard all have 1200 reputation and 200 coins.
I have had 0 reputation for 9 days now. I make 350-400 coins an hour.
Important rule: Do not be two ingredients off. That gives you minus coins. One. Exactly one. This is chaotic neutral cooking.
Tip 2: The Raccoon Passive Income Farm
This one I found completely by accident when I went to pee.
Everyone knows if you burn food you throw it away immediately right? Wrong. If you leave burnt food on the counter for exactly 17 seconds. A raccoon will spawn. Steal the burnt food. And leave you 3 coins.
Every single time.
I have a spreadsheet. I have timed this 76 times. It is always 17 seconds. It is always 3 coins. No one on the entire official discord knows this. I am the first person to write this down anywhere.
If you need to go fold laundry, or make coffee, or scroll twitter for 10 minutes? Burn 12 pancakes. Leave them. Come back to 36 free coins. This is the single best source of income in the entire game. The devs have me on their hit list.
Tip 3: Ignore 90% Of Challenges
The daily challenge that says "Serve 12 perfect burgers for 100 coins"? That is a trap. That takes 45 minutes. You can make 220 coins in that exact same 45 minutes doing the taco heresy.

Tip 4: The Friend Scam
This is the one I ruined a friendship over.
If you visit a friend's restaurant, you can eat one item off their counter. You get 5 coins.
They do not lose the item. They do not get a notification. Nothing.
I did this to my friend Jake 117 times. He still does not know. I am not sorry.
If you have 7 friends you can log in once every 2 hours and get 35 completely free coins. Do not tell your friends about this trick. Tell your enemies about this trick.
The One Big Mistake Everyone Makes
Do not buy the coin doubler.
Every single guide says it is the best value in the shop. It is a scam. It only doubles the coins you get for correct orders.
It does not double raccoon coins. It does not double wrong order coins. It does not double friend theft coins. 90% of your income will be none of the things the doubler applies to.
I wasted 5 actual dollars on this. I am still mad.
I finally bought the garlic hat yesterday. It is not even that good. It glitches through walls. Sometimes it floats 2 feet above my head. I regret absolutely nothing.
