Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. (RTTB) makes positive improvements in the homes in order to maintain a healthy and energy efficient environment to live in. RTTB intends to preserve and revitalize houses and communities in the Tampa Bay Area, ensuring that low-income homeowners live in warmth, safety and independence.
