E. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

Within 90 days of the effective date of this Agreement, Lewisboro will prepare a proposed Emergency Operations Plan (the "Proposed EOP") and provide the Proposed EOP to the U.S. Attorney's Office, including all supporting documents, within 30 days of its being available (a guide for emergency preparedness and the ADA can be found at: http://www.ada.gov/emergencyprepguide.htm).

Within 30 days of receipt of the U.S. Attorney's Office's comments on the Proposed EOP, Lewisboro will incorporate the comments received from the U.S. Attorney's Office and issue a revised Emergency Operations Plan (the "Final EOP"). A copy of the Final EOP shall be provided to the U.S. Attorney's Office, including all supporting documents, within 30 days of its being available.

Lewisboro will implement the Final EOP consistent with title II and the title II DOJ Regulations.
