X. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
- The effective date of this Agreement is the date on which all parties have signed the Agreement.
- Although Kaiser will continue to comply in good faith with federal and California access laws, this Agreement will terminate on the later of [seven (7) years and one day] after its effective date or the date upon which Kaiser completes its obligations under the Agreement.
