11B-214.3 Clothes dryers.

Where three or fewer clothes dryers are provided, at least one shall comply with Section 11B-611. Where more than three clothes dryers are provided, at least two shall comply with Section 11B-611.

Advisory 11B-214 Washing machines and clothes dryers. For projects subject to HUD Section 504 Regulations washing machines and clothes dryers must be front loading. When washing machines and clothes dryers are provided in individual dwelling units, front loading accessible washing machines and clothes dryers may be required as a reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.
