Description: The ADA brought clout to the civil rights of Americans with disabilities.  The internet as we now know it did not exist at the time of the law’s passing 25 years ago.  In that time the internet has become a commonly used medium for most Americans, and as buildings and walkways need to be designed to allow people with disabilities access to programs and services so too websites should provide equal access and opportunity to our friends and family with disabilities affecting computer use.  With our training presentation we will introduce the topic of web accessibility and teach the participants how to make brilliant internet content that can be enjoyed by everyone.
