Description: Join the Ticket to Work program for its first Virtual Job Fair! Taking place in November, this job fair will connect Social Security disability beneficiaries to companies that do business with the government, such as such as Anthem, CACI, Enterprise, General Motors, and others. These companies have job openings for people with many different skills and experience levels. And, they are particularly interested in hiring qualified people with disabilities.

The fair will be held online, and over two days.

November 18: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET

November 19: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET
At the event you will be able to talk with job recruiters online via chat forums and one-on-one messages. You will also be able to ask questions at virtual resource booths about job accommodations, Work Incentives and legal issues that sometimes create barriers to work for people with disabilities.
If you use assistive technology, the Virtual Job Fair environment will be screen-reader friendly.
To participate in the Virtual Job Fair, you must:

Be ages 18 through 64 and receive Social Security disability benefits;

Be using your Ticket to receive services from an approved Employment Network (EN) or your state Vocational Rehabilitation agency);

Be ready to work.

Register for the Virtual Job Fair and complete needed paperwork

Review the available jobs and help you identify ones that you are qualified for based on your knowledge, skills and abilities
