Description: This is an intermediate-level class for those who are ready to use the tools of ADA Title I to manage their reasonable accommodation caseload.
This one-day workshop focuses on four objectives:

Understanding the rules of ADA Title I as they relate to job accommodation

Simplifying the structure of your reasonable accommodation program so the rules work for you

Using the Interactive Process to navigate even the most difficult requests to resolution

Documenting your reasonable accommodation process so you can confidently respond to an EEOC investigation
This workshop will run from 9 am - 4 pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
