Superfest: International Disability Film Festival
Superfest: International Disability Film Festival is the longest running disability film festival in the world. Save the Date: Superfest 2015 will be held on the evening of Saturday, November 14th at the SF LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired and all day at the Contemporary Jewish Museum on Sunday, November 15th.  Be a part of Superfest! Where: The festival will launch with an evening event Saturday, November 14 at the San Francisco LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Then, a full-day event on Sunday, November 15 will be held at the vibrant and accessible Contemporary Jewish Museum in the heart of San Francisco, next to Yerba Buena Gardens, SF MOMA and the Metreon.

Accommodations: In addition to ample space for wheelchairs, a friendly environment for service animals and a scent-free environment, films will be audio described and captioned to ensure a welcoming environment for people of all disabilities. In addition, we will provide ASL interpreting and live-captioning. Started in the 1970’s, Superfest is currently coordinated by the Paul K. Longmore Institute on Disability at San Francisco State University and LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
