Description: This session will be focusing on accessibility from the point of posting the job, to on boarding and throughout the employment lifecycle.

TCS Associates has performed numerous accessibility assessments for various enterprises. Their results have found that many organizations have the same struggles in terms of accessibility. The webinar will discuss actionable recommendations to improve an organization’s overall accessibility in the following areas:

• Interviewing and onboarding practices

• Digital infrastructure e.g. IT systems (hardware and software), frequently used e-documents, internal and external facing web pages, Help Desk

• Staff awareness of disability etiquette and knowledge of basic AT used by persons with disabilities

• Physical infrastructure and any barriers that exist for persons with disabilities
