Description: In this 90 min presentation, I will show you the amazingness that is – Google Forms. Participants will see how to create a form (presentation, quiz), the features that make forms wonderful (hello autosave!) as well as how to read their data (summary tool and flubaroo). Then, we will talk about all the settings in the form and ways they can implement a form in their classroom! From data collection, to warm up, class quizzes and much more!

Learning Objectives

  1. Participants will be able to see three benefits about using Google Forms in their classroom/practice.

  2. Participants will be able to create a form and show a summary of their results from that survey.

  3. Participants will leave with three different ways to implement using Google Forms in their classroom/practice.

Jacqueline Hersh

Director of Assistive Technology Lawrence School

Jacqueline Hersh has been in the field of special education for over 10 years. She is currently the Director of Assistive Technology and learning support at Lawrence School, an Independent school serving students with learning differences in Cleveland, Ohio. Jackie teaches a middle school reading comprehension and serves as an academic coach for teachers for best teaching practices and tech integration as well as an Intervention Specialist for students. Jackie is certified Level 1 and 2 Google Educator and has presented at ATIA, NAIS, IDA on topics of assistive technology in 2016 and 2017. She is passionate about working with other educators to help all students have access to education excellence.
