12th International CHARGE Syndrome Conference

Description: CHARGE syndrome is the leading cause of genetic deaf blindness and this biennial conference hosted by the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. is the largest worldwide gathering of individuals with CHARGE syndrome, their families, as well as professionals who are working in the field and conducting research. A professional day precedes the full conference, followed by 2½ days of full conference, where more than 60 sessions will be presented in four topic areas: behavior, education, adult issues and medical issues. There are lots of fun evening events planned as well.

Registration: 

• Lifetime members of the Foundation receive a 10% discount off registration fees.  All members receive a 10% discount at the sales table.  Participation in sibling workshops and Idol Extravaganza is limited.  Members receive priority registration for these events
• Please register and pay by June 15th - all registrations after June 15, 2015 are subject a 10% per person late fee.

• Adults: $275
• Individual attending camp: $275
• Child 15 and under not attending camp: $185
• All individuals with CHARGE syndrome are FREE
• Lifetime Members receive a 10% discount
• Professional day: $165 (*Note: This is not included in the regular conference rate. Professional Day is a separate event that precedes the main conference) Breakfast and lunch included on Professional Day. 
• Appetizers included on Thursday evening. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks included on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast included on Sunday.

Camp Registration: If you have indicated that your son or daughter will be attending camp on the conference registration form and did not fill out the camp registration that was linked through the conference registration form, please visit the camp registration page to fill out the camp registration form.
