 rict Court ruled that grocery store chain Winn-Dixie had violated Title II
 I of the ADA for denying blind users “full and equal enjoyment” of the
  Winn-Dixie website. The case was brought forth by a blind man who was una
 ble to download coupons\, order prescriptions\, or find store locations th
 rough his screenreader. \n\nThe court mandated Winn-Dixie had to adopt a 
 Web Accessibility Policy ensuring the website conformed with WCAG 2.0 crit
 eria. \n\nAs the digital age continues to bring new challenges for access
 ibility\, this groundbreaking ruling is shining a light on the need for co
