 :30 – 3:00 (ET) at the Board's conference space in downtown Washington\,
  D.C. The public is welcome to attend in person or through a live webcast 
 of the meeting. The meeting agenda includes updates on Board rule making a
 nd other activities and election of Board officers.\n\nAdditional Informat
 ion: At the Board meeting scheduled on the afternoon of Wednesday\, March
  9\, 2016\, the Access Board will consider the following agenda items:\n\n
 \n	\n	Approval of draft meeting minutes (vote): November 10\, 2015 and Jan
 uary 13\, 2016\n	\n	\n	Ad Hoc Committee Reports: Design Guidance\; Frontie
 r Issues\; and Information and Communication Technology\n	\n	\n	Technical 
 Programs Committee\n	\n	\n	Planning and Evaluation Committee\n	\n	\n	Elect
 ion Assistance Commission Report\n	\n	\n	Election of Officers\n	\n	\n	Exec
 utive Director’s Report\n	\n	\n	Public Comment (final 15 minutes of the 
 meeting)\n	\n\n\nMembers of the public can provide comments either in-pers
 on or over the telephone during the final 15 minutes of the Board meeting 
 on Wednesday\, March 9\, 2016.  Any individual interested in providing co
 mment is asked to pre-register by sending an email to bunales@access-boar
 d.gov with the subject line “Access Board meeting - Public Comment” w
 ith your name\, organization\, state\, and topic of comment included in th
 e body of your email.  All emails to register for public comment must be 
 received by Wednesday\, March 2\, 2016.  Commenters will be called on in 
 the order by which they pre-registered.  Due to time constraints\, each c
 ommenter is limited to two minutes.  Commenters on the telephone will be 
 in a listen-only capacity until they are called on.  Use the following ca

  before the meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.\n\nAll meetings are accessible to 
 persons with disabilities. An assistive listening system\, Communication A
