  the U.S. These inmates are more likely to serve harder time with less acc
 ess to positive programming and services if the facility does not fully co
 mply with the ADA and implement best practices. Visitors also face hindran
 ces when the facility fails to accommodate their disabilities. The Southwe
 st ADA Center’s “Disability Related Access for Inmates and Visitors Gu
 ide” is designed to educate and train facility staff regarding their ADA
