 The model is split into ten core dimensions (and three additional dimensio
 ns in DAMM-HR) which define key areas which an accessibility program must 
 effectively and completely implement in order to attain success. Each of t
 hese dimensions are\, in turn\, divided into a set of aspects (sub-dimensi
 ons) which successful programs must also master at each level of maturity\
 , and include related artifacts (documents\, activities\, objects or eleme
 nts developed and maintained as part of an accessibility program).\n\nDAMM
 -HR Dimensions: In depth review of the three dimensions of DAMM-HR: The R
 ecruiting and Job Applications Dimension which measures the maturity of th
 e recruiting and job application process as it pertains to people with dis
 abilities\; the Reasonable Accommodations Dimension which measures the ext
 ent to which the organization has a defined process in place for implement
 ing accommodations in the workplace\; and the Staff Evaluations Dimension 
 which measures the extent to which the organization has a defined process 
 in place for evaluating staff competencies with respect to accessibility.\
