 his is the second webinar in our reasonable accommodation series with pres
 enters from the Job Accommodation Network. This presentation will feature 
 speakers Traci Jordan and Elisabeth Simpson.  In this second session\, au
 dience members' learning will be more focused on the interactive process. 
 Throughout the 90-minute webinar\, audience members will identify when and
  how the Americans with Disabilities Act and its Amendments (ADAAA) applie
 s to employees. Audience members will also learn how a six-step interactiv
 e process can be utilized for handling accommodation requests.  Finally\,
  audience members will review real-life accommodation situations and solut
 ions that have been implemented to harness the potential of employees with
  disabilities.\n\nPart I: Accommodating Employees with Mental Health Impai
 rments in the Workplace \nJob accommodations can be vital for the success
 ful employment of individuals with mental health impairments. Knowing how\
 , when\, and why it might be necessary to disclose a disability is the fir
 st and often most difficult part of the accommodation process. This sessio
 n will provide information on the disclosure of mental health impairments 
 in the workplace\, the limitations associated with these impairments\, and
  the accommodations that might be needed. Real-life accommodation situatio
 ns and solutions will be interspersed throughout the session. A question a
