 an: A Revised and Updated ILP How to Guide 2.0\, developed by the National
  Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (NCWD/Youth) and its 
 partners at the Boston University School of Education. ILP How to Guide 2.
 0 provides a combination of practical career development resources and act
 ivities for implementing quality ILPs and strategies for gaining buy-in an
 d developing capacity at the local level to facilitate the ILP process. It
  also provides examples of how to ensure that ILPs are implemented with qu
 ality. ILP How to Guide 2.0 expands upon the NCWD/Youth’s earlier ILP Ho
 w to Guide by addressing more age groups and settings including elementary
  and secondary school\, postsecondary education\, workforce development pr
 ograms and other non-school settings.\n\nDuring the webinar\, presenters D
 r. V. Scott Solberg\, Boston University\, and Mindy Larson\, NCWD/Youth Pr
 oject Manager at the Institute for Educational Leadership\, will highlight
  key features of the new guide and discuss how it can be useful to those w
 orking directly with learners in schools and other settings as well as tho
 se leading ILP adoption and implementation efforts at the state and local
