 o the Title 24\, California Code of Regulations\, Parts 1\, 2\, 3\, 4\, 5\
 , and 9 as well as other applicable codes and standards\, such as Title 19
  and NFPA standards\, which are relevant to construction project inspectio
 n and certification.\n	\n	Plan Reading\n	\n	New construction oversight pro
 cedures associated with the required inspections\, communications\, and do
 cumentation of the construction work:\n	\n		\n		Become familiar with Proce
 dure PR 13-01 and new series of required DSA forms.\n		\n		\n		Learn how t
 o use DSAbox.\n		\n		\n		Learn how to fill out the DSA 152 Project Inspect
 ion Card through examples.\n		\n		\n		Become familiar with the DSA 152 Ins
 pection Card Manual.\n		\n	\n	\n\nThere will be an emphasis on inspection 
 and documentation of construction items associated with:\n\n\n	\n	Structur
 al Safety\n	\n	\n	Fire-life Safety\n	\n	\n	Accessibility\n	\n	\n	Plumbing\
 n	\n	\n	Mechanical\n	\n	\n	Electrical\n	\n	\n	Material Testing\n	\n\n\nRec
 ommended for:\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n	Architects\, project engineers\, construction
  managers\, contractors\, school district personnel and others interested 
 in learning about construction and inspection procedures for public school
  projects under DSA jurisdiction.\n	\n	NOTE: While this class is beneficia
 l to everyone involved in school construction\, it is designed for DSA-Cer
 tified Project Inspectors with a background in construction and inspection
 .\n	\n\n\n\n\n\nMandatory for:\n\n\n\n	\n	DSA-Certified Project Inspectors
 . Inspectors must attend this class within their four-year certification p
