 veral times throughout the year to discuss agency priorities\, policy tren
 ds\, and other agency business. Pursuant to the Sunshine Act\, meetings o
 f official business of the National Council on Disability are open to the 
 public\, with the exception of executive sessions\, which may be closed pu
 rsuant to the exemptions of the Sunshine Act.\n\nPeople with disabilities 
 and organizations that represent the interests of people with disabilities
  are always encouraged to attend these meetings. Those who plan to attend 
 a meeting and require accommodations should notify NCD as soon as possible
  to allow time to make arrangements.\n\nDuring the two days\, the Council 
 will host four town halls to hear from interested members of the community
  about four different topics\n\n\n	\n	Mental health services in higher edu
 cation\n	\n	\n	Guardianship and supported decision making \n	\n	\n	Direct
