DESCRIPTION:Learn from peers in states who participated in the Workforce In
 novation Cohort on Disability and Employment. Cohort members will highligh
 t the barriers and solutions to disability employment service delivery wit
 hin the American Job Center network. In the spirit of moving forward\, th
 e cohort will outline their capstone products in three key topic areas.\n\
 nThe Workforce Innovation Cohort on Disability and Employment launched wit
 h 18 states from across the country to address disability and employment i
 ssues. The state and local teams were comprised of a cross-section of WIOA
  core and required program partners and other key stakeholders that focuse
 d on three topic areas: Accessibility\, Customer Service\, and Employer En
 gagement. \n\nOver the course of six months\, each of the teams engaged i
 n peer learning activities. Through research\, brainstorming\, discussion\
 , and cross-state collaboration\, three teams within the cohort developed 
 and piloted capstone products to address the following cohort challenge qu
 estions: \n\n\n	\n	Accessibility Cohort\; How might we further maximize p
 hysical and programmatic access for customers with disabilities using the 
 services of an American Job Center?\n	\n	\n	Customer Service Cohort\; How 
 might we ensure individuals with disabilities experience seamless customer
  service across WIOA programs at American Job Centers?\n	\n	\n	Employer En
 gagement Cohort\; How might we more effectively engage employers with recr
 uiting\, hiring\, and training job seekers with disabilities as an integra
 ted strategy of the American Job Center Service Delivery?\n	\n\n\nIn joint
 ly examining the above questions\, cohort members collaborated to develop 
 tools to help further maximize seamless service delivery\, universal acces
 s\, and improved outreach to employers. Join to learn more about these too
