 d specifically in hiring practices\, because of engrained stereotypical th
 oughts and ideas we have been taught to believe as true. These ideas are s
 o imbedded in our brains we actually believe they are "natural" or the "no
 rm." \n\nBased on leading-edge research in bias mitigation\, we know that
  the most effective anti-bias training incorporates strategies on both the
  personal and institutional levels. This leadership training provides solu
 tions to both.\n\nParticipants are invited to consider their own biases\, 
 and the unintended consequences of those biases. Strategies will be provid
 ed for ameliorating personal biases\, and those that are situated in the p
 olicies and practices of the organization.\n\nThe workshop offers a path t
 oward a more culturally inclusive organizational environment. This trainin
 g will be focused on awareness of disability bias.\n\nParticipants will be
  asked to use their phone to complete an online assessment through Project
  Implicit and will be asked to participate in our study\, measuring implic
