 rofits involved in emergency management in California. The conference will
  cover whole community emergency management at the federal\, state\, and c
 ity levels: what has been done\, what is on the horizon\, and what resourc
 es are available to help in getting to inclusive emergency management and 
 planning. Participants will learn key aspects of making local emergency ma
 nagement inclusive of people with disabilities and others with access and
