 ll be reviewed for context. The choice of law issues will be the focus\, t
 hough --- the difference in definition under the ADA\, FHA\, and the ACAA.
  Special emphasis will be given to clarify the different regulatory approa
 ches under the DOJ\, DOT and HUD regulations\, as well as state law approa
 ches that protect a wider array of animals and users and provide penalties
  unavailable under federal law. The session will involve review of legisla
 tion\, regulations\, guidance\, case law and recent news items regarding s
