 n	Overview of 2010 American with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible
  Design\, and Fair Housing Act Guidelines.\n	\n	\n	Applicability of Federa
 l and State regulations to transient lodging\, housing at a place of educa
 tion\, and social service center establishments.\n	\n	\n	Main focus is the
  scoping and technical sections in Chapter 11B of the CBC.\n	\n	\n	Require
 ments for new construction\, additions and alterations.\n	\n	\n	Available
