 of 2010 American with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design\, F
 air Housing Act Guidelines\, and Section 504 of the Rehab Act.\n	\n	\n	App
 licability of Federal and State regulations to covered multi-family and si
 ngle family residences.\n	\n	\n	Main focus is the scoping and technical se
 ctions in Chapter 11B of the CBC.\n	\n	\n	Requirements for new constructio
