 can with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design\, Fair Housing A
 ct Guidelines\, and Section 504 of the Rehab Act.\n	\n	\n	Applicability of
  Federal and State regulations to covered multi-family and single family r
 esidences.\n	\n	\n	Main focus is the scoping and technical sections in Cha
 pter 11B of the CBC.\n	\n	\n	Requirements for new construction\, additions
  and alterations.\n	\n	\n	Available reference materials provided by Federa
 l and State Agencies.\n	\n\n\nLearning Objectives\n\n\n	\n	Understand the 
 jurisdiction of Federal and State agencies for enforcement of regulations 
 governing the design and construction of accessible public housing project
