 de Regs.\, Title 24)\, as an Intervening Code Supplement\, which is schedu
 led for publication on or before January 1\, 2018\, with an effective date
  of July 1\, 2018.\n\n\n	California Department of Public Health (CDPH)\n	D
 epartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD)\n	Office of Statewide
  Health Planning and Development (OSHPD)\n	California Building Standards C
 ommission (BSC)\n	Division of the State Architect-Access Compliance (DSA-A
 C)\n	Division of the State Architect-Structural Safety (DSA-SS/CC)\n	Offic
 e of the State Fire Marshal (SFM)\n	Board of State and Community Correctio
 ns (BSCC)\n\n\nAll of these proposals have met the procedural rulemaking r
 equirements for a code adoption cycle. Proposing agencies are required to 
 ensure adequate public participation in the development of building standa
 rds\; to ensure satisfactory technical review and sufficient time for such
  review by code advisory committees\; and to ensure notice to the public o
 f code change submittals prior to adoption by the CBSC.\n
