DESCRIPTION:The Adaptive Sports Foundation Mud Run Team attends two days of
  pre-event training in preparation for participation together in the Patri
 ot Highlander Mud Run in Cobleskill\, NY on the third day.  Training sess
 ions include activities that prepare the team to work together to get ever
 y member through each obstacle regardless of disability.  The team will b
 e given access to the course the day before the competition. Team members 
 will be able to check out each obstacle to create a plan of attack for hel
 ping everyone traverse the obstacle successfully.  Challenges include pro
 viding support for team members who are wheelchair users or who have neuro
 muscular weakness or amputation. The team’s sole goal for the day is to 
 have everyone cross the finish line together.\n
