  city halls and state office buildings to hospitals\, restaurants and hote
 ls. We'll address key issues in new construction\, alterations\, the 20% d
 isproportionality formula\, and more. \n\n\nMulti-Family Housing - 1 pm
  - 4:30 pm\n\n\nMulti-family housing with four or more units must comply 
 with the federal Fair Housing Act (if new construction) and the Maine Huma
 n Rights Act (if new construction or  substantial alteration.) If federal
  funding is involved Section 504 of the Rehab Act kicks in. If state or lo
