  Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design\, Fair Housing Act Guide
 lines\, and Section 504 of the Rehab Act.\n		\n		\n		Applicability of Fede
 ral and State regulations to covered multi-family and single family reside
 nces.\n		\n		\n		Main focus is the scoping and technical sections in Chapt
