DESCRIPTION:Counters can pose barriers to people with disabilities in acces
 sing goods and services. This session will cover access to sales and servi
 ces counters and review applicable requirements in the ADA and ABA Standar
 ds. Presenters will illustrate access to various types of counters\, inclu
 ding sales counters\, check-in counters\, and food service counters. They 
 will also address teller and service windows\, check-out aisles\, self-ser
 vice shelves\, and food and beverage dispensers.\n\nSession Questions\n\nT
 his session is accepting questions from registered users. After you have r
