 dliner Josh Blue won the fourth season of NBC’s reality series Last Comi
 c Standing. As a comedian living with cerebral palsy\, Blue centers much o
 f his act on his disability. This performance is being offered in collabor
 ation with the U. S. Department of State\, Bureau of Educational and Cultu
 ral Affairs and will be made available in Embassies and Consulates around 
 the world via live-streaming.\n\n24/40 Celebration\nTwo monumental milesto
 nes.  One awesome celebration.\n25 years ago\, the Americans with Disabil
 ities Act extended civil rights to millions of Americans. 40 years ago\, t
 he Kennedy Center’s VSA opened its doors to provide arts and education o
 pportunities for all people with disabilities. These are indeed powerful r
 easons to celebrate. And so we shall!\nThis is the 25/40 Celebration. Join
  us in DC this July—the Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian are offering 
 a one-of-a-kind\, cross-campus celebration. We are filling our stages\, th
 eaters\, and public spaces with outstanding\, free events to honor a cultu
 re of creativity\, expression\, and American heritage.\n\n\n\n\n
