 ow BEFORE registering:\n\n\n	\n	The attendee registration fee is $360.\n	\
 n	\n	Save $50 when you register by August 31st.\n	\n	\n	There is an additi
 onal $30 charge if you elect to attend the Pre-Conference Session.\n	\n	\n
 	Registration will CLOSE on September 23rd.\n	\n	\n	Cancellations must be 
 made by September 14th in order to receive a refund\, minus a $50 cancella
 tion fee.\n	\n	\n	Cancellations received after September 14th will not rec
 eive a refund - no exceptions.\n	\n	\n	Substitutions can be made at any ti
