 three training videos illustrating best practices for managers and supervi
 sors for handling disability disclosures and requests for RA. The pre-conf
 erence offered as the JAN Academy will also offer training on disability a
 wareness and demonstration of assistive technologies. Academy participants
  will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of disability awarene
 ss and assistive technologies with a session led by two disability leaders
 : Matt Ater\, Freedom Scientifics Vice President for Services and John R. 
 Macko\, Director\, Center on Employment National Technical Institute for t
 he Deaf Rochester Institute of Technology.\n\nThe cost of the three-hour J
 AN Academy preconference is $125. The Academy is being offered twice on Se
 ptember 19th\, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. To regist
