From PEAT: eRecruiting Practices May Be Excluding Persons with Disabilities

The Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology (PEAT) surveyed people with disabilities who recently applied for a job opening online. The results showed that the standard practices of eRecruiting may be excluding 1 out of every 5 candidates from being considered for a position, due to inaccessible technology.
